RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Return Window

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility

To be eligible, the item must be unworn, unused, with tags attached and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

How to Initiate a Return

Log into your account at account.atlasclothing.ca, go to your order history, select the relevant order and click "Request a Return". You may also contact us directly at support@atlasclothing.ca. Items sent back without prior request will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return.

Damages & Issues

Inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect at support@atlasclothing.ca.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified by email. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. You may also choose store credit applicable immediately on your next Atlas purchase.

Exchanges

Return the item and place a new order separately once the return is approved.
